ASIC is established with governmental organization approval. In our business, there are Industrial Training Program(ITP) and Technical Internship Program(TIP) as international contribution that are completely supported by Japan International Training Cooperation Organization(JITCO). In these programs, those people who wish to learn automotive skills are issued entry permission with specified status of residence by Immigration Bureau of Japan. The status while in Japan is "Trainee". The trainees will be permitted to receive training under ministerial ordinance which is called Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act provided by Ministry of Justice.

We would like trainees to learn many things through these programs. By the
time they come to Japan, status of residence certification from our government
is issued with validity up to three years. Here is the detail information of what
"TRAINEE" status of residence is.

The first point to note in connection with a "trainee" status of residence is that it
disqualifies the holder from engaging in any activity for remuneration. Although
Industrial Training Programs may include training through actual performance
of job duties, this must fall within the scope of OJT (on-the-job training) and
must, as such, be necessary in order to fully acquaint the trainee with the
practical side of the techniques he or she is studying. Trainees are not to be
used to compensate for shortages of local labor. To this end, both the trainee
and the accepting company or organization must fulfill a number of conditions.

Our mission is to make foreign auto mechanics grow up by giving opportunity of On/Off the job training.
At Off the job training , trainees are going to learn linguistic and theoretical fields. It will be up to 1 year. At the end of the year, they must pass the evaluation exam of training outcome.
At On the job training , intend to impart the technology and skills through the production and/or sale of goods or provision of services. It will be up to 2 years.
Through this program, we wish to contribute to the automotive society with wholesomeness in each region, and we believe this will lead to the enhancement of international understanding.
